The questioning of what or who the Black Cat lingers in Gabriela's dreams giving her nightmares, though not dreadful enough to affect her the following day. 

In the morning after Gabi's restless night she met Meteo a Cultist from Hyacinth House.  She told him of her disquieting dreams, and then she returned with him and the rest of the crew to Hyacinth House to make plans for the coming unrest.

Gabi's plans a free concert to be held in Fresno, CA. with free tickets and transportation to be provided for all of those sleepers in the affected areas in LA.  She begins calling her friends in the entertainment world and uses her influence to get a great lineup of acts to perform at her concert.  It will benefit the area's Shiners and Veterans of Foreign Wars. 

Among the groups and people who hear her call and decide to come are Bono/U2 (her first call), LL Cool J, John Cougar, Red Hot Chill Peppers, Willy Nelson (he can't play enough of these), Johnny Cash, and Blind Mellon.  An eclectic lineup in any evaluation, hopefully all races and classes will attend this benefit and survive the coming apocalypse in LA.

Gabi was unsuccessful in getting Whitney Huston or Guns and Roses to come, they had other commitments.  Gabriela rents and organizes hundred buses to provide transportation along with food, waste disposal (trash and human).  A large field near Fresno was obtained easily, rented by a Cultist whom had had a premonition that this place would be needed at this time, but didn't know the reason.  Security has also been provided for.

Cultist and other Mages in the area are making plans to evacuate: family vacation, reunions, conferences and the like are the excuses for leaving LA.

Mataio and Rosaline Sumners (Olympic Ice champion) both Cultist at Hyacinth House go into the danger areas and start handing out tickets and make people aware of the once in a lifetime opportunity to see such great acts for free over a couple of days.

Andres the leader of Hyacinth House is very cooperative with Gabi and lends as much aid as possible from the members of the Chantry.  Gabi spends a lot of time on the phone organizing and planning.  She gets word out to the media: TV and radio announcing the free concert. 

Andres sets plans to get Cultist families and friends to safety (Vegas is one of those spots).  Shelton leaves town to find safe havens in other cities for LA Cultist to hold up during the unrest.

Gabriela, Ike Black and a cultist whom Ike is kind of taken with, one Flower Elcta (a very hot porn star) go cruising all the hottest nightclubs in LA (Flower and Gabi make sure Ike gets in, "He's with us," they tell security).  They convince the owners to close down on those nights of the concert and they entice the house-bands to come play as warm up acts and as satellite concerts around the forum.   The three are very successful in getting all those asked to go along with the plan.  (Gabi's proud that the stuffed shirt loosened up enough to be a big help, maybe Hermes aren't as tight as she thought.)

Max, the Virtual Adept, has been busy hacking into the USGS to give its system some false/positives on coming earthquake activity in the vicinity of LA.  At first it was a bit difficult, but once he learned the system he owned it.  He's sure he can produce the proper results and get away clean.  Max learned all he can about plate tectonic theory to carry out his plans.

What's his name (Macair) and Ursula went out to collect supplies to either get the people to leave or make them at least stay indoors during the unrest.  Gabi believes that Ursula is handing out tickets or posting fliers getting people interested in the coming concert, but Ursula and what's his name are actually planning a serial killing spree to convince people to get out or at least stay in.

What's his name convinces Ursula that by giving these pimps and drug-pushers the "good death" they will be spelling out GET OUT to the local populist.  While collecting guns to carry out these "good deaths" the two notice a calico cat observing them.

The two go on a killing spree which oddly goes unreported in the media. (Are the police holding things back?)  Then the two run into a Werewolf, Ursula pedals away on her bike for all she's worth, doesn't have to out run the beast, just ol' what's his name.

The Werewolf confronts Macair on why he is killing these tainted ones and Macair tells the Werewolf of the coming vampire war in this area.  After the telling the Wolf bounds away over a high wall.  A cat screeches after lands. 

Max causes the police media blackout on the killing to be leaked to the media (using a little hacking and Techno magick).  It begins to be reported and the police think they have an informer.

Ike Black discovers a book, the Parlor of Twilight, in the Chantry and makes a copy of it.
